DESCALING / RETUBING

Many refrigeration units adopt like water-cooled cooling system. The inner wall of the water-cooled condenser is easy to scale. These scales will affect the heat exchange effect, resulting in an increase the condensing temperature, which will badly lower cooling capacity and increased unit power consumption. Water-cooled condensers should be regularly descaled, at least once every six months (depending on local water quality and scaling).

There are many ways to descale. We will introduce two methods according to the condenser of the water-cooled compression condensing unit: chemical cleaning and physical cleaning.
